일주일 동안 너무 재밌게 잘 놀고 쉬다 왔습니다.

I had such a fun and relaxing time during my week in Bali.

그 중에서 오늘은 쿠킹 클래스를 소개해 보고자 합니다.

Among them, today I'd like to introduce the cooking class.

저희 아이가 처음에는 시큰둥 했으나 다 마치고 나서는 너무 좋았다고 하네요.

At first, our child wasn’t very enthusiastic, but after finishing the class, they said they really loved it.

 

발리로 향하는 비행기 사진은 언제 봐도 설레요.

Photos of the plane heading to Bali are always exciting to look at, no matter when.

특히 이 가루다 항공 너무 편하고 좋았답니다.

Especially flying with Garuda Indonesia—it was so comfortable and pleasant!

 

다시 봐도 너무 설레네요. 

It still makes my heart flutter even when I look at it again.

빨리 여름이 와서 다시 휴가를 떠나고 싶습니다.

I can’t wait for summer to come so I can go on another vacation!

사누르 지역에 몇 개의 쿠킹클래스가 있지만 저희가 선택한 곳은 수다말라 입니다.

There are several cooking classes in the Sanur area, but the one we chose is Sudamala.

하얏트 리젠시 숙소에서 가까워서 올 때는 픽업 차량도 보내 주시더라고요.

Since it’s close to our Hyatt Regency accommodation, they even sent a pickup vehicle for us on the way there.

오전 이른 시간으로 예약을 했더니 저희 아이 혼자 1대1로 수업을 할 수 있었답니다.

Because we booked an early morning session, our child was able to have a one-on-one class all by themselves.

디저트를 포함하여 총 3가지의 음식을 선택하여 요리할 수 있었습니다.

We were able to choose and cook a total of three dishes, including a dessert.

태어나서 처음으로 쿠킹클래스 도전해 보는 저희 아이

Our child tried a cooking class for the very first time in their life.

 

생각보다 진지한 모습으로 열심히 했답니다.

He took it surprisingly seriously and worked hard throughout the class.

 

나중에 물어봤더니 너무 긴장해서 표정 관리가 되지 않았다고 해요.

When I asked later, He said he was so nervous that he couldn’t control his facial expressions.

 

다시 보니 너무 진지하게 하고 있었네요.

Looking back, he was really focused and serious the whole time.

 

스스로 영어로 대화를 해야 해서 조금 서먹했지만 나름 설명 듣고 잘 따라했답니다.

He felt a bit shy having to speak English on his own, but he listened carefully and followed along quite well.

이런 것도 정말 좋은 경험이지 않을까요?

Isn’t that kind of experience really valuable?

스스로 할 수 있도록 일부로 옆에서 사진만 찍고 지켜 보았답니다.

I purposely just took photos and watched from the side so he could do it on his own.

선생님도 너무 친절하셔서 아이 눈높이에 맞춰서 천천히 도와 주셨답니다.

The teacher was very kind and patiently helped, matching the pace to the child’s level.

짜잔~ 드디어 완성 하였습니다.

Wow~ It’s finally completed!

Maybe it only looks that way to me, right?

다 끝나고 나서야 긴장이 풀렸는지 살짝 미소를 띄네요.

It seems like the nerves finally eased after it was all done, and they gave a small smile.
