정말 기억에 남는 나트랑 식당

A truly unforgettable restaurant in Nha Trang.

사실 이곳은 애초에 가려고 했던 식당이 아니었어요.

To be honest, this wasn't the restaurant we originally planned to go to.

원래는 유명한 로컬 맛집을 가려고 했는데, 대기줄이 너무 길어서 그냥 근처에 눈에 띄는 곳으로 발길을 돌렸죠.

We were originally planning to go to a popular local restaurant,

but the line was way too long, so we ended up turning into a nearby place that just happened to catch our eye.

 

그런데 그런 ‘우연’이 이렇게 큰 만족과 기억으로 남을 줄은 정말 몰랐습니다.

But I never expected that such a random choice would turn into such a satisfying and memorable experience.

물론 이 식당도 엄청 유명한 식당 중 하나였습니다.

Of course, this restaurant turned out to be one of the most popular spots as well.

전통 베트남 요리를 북부에서 남부까지 한곳에서 맛볼 수 있는, 깔끔하고 세련된 로컬 레스토랑이에요.

It’s a clean and stylish local restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese dishes from the North to the South all in one place.

내부는 높은 천장, 옥빛 벽, 실크 랜턴 등으로 장식되어 있어 고급스럽고 아늑한 분위기를 자아냅니다.

The interior features high ceilings, jade-colored walls, and silk lanterns, creating an elegant and cozy atmosphere.

메뉴는 반쎄오, 분짜, 쌀국수, 볶음밥, 분 등 베트남 다양한 지역 대표 요리 구성되어 있어요.

The menu includes a variety of iconic Vietnamese dishes from different regions, such as bánh xèo, bún chả, pho, fried rice, and bún.

이 곳으로 식사하러 오길 정말 잘 한 거 같아요.

I really feel like we made the right choice coming here to eat.

이 곳 역시 대기가 길어서 10분 이상 기다렸다가 입장했답니다.

There was a wait here too, and we waited more than 10 minutes to get in.

 

마늘향 가득한 모닝글로리 볶음

Stir-fried morning glory bursting with garlic aroma.

베트남 하면 모닝글로리입니다.

Morning glory is a must when it comes to Vietnam.

 

정말 다른 나라보다 저는 개인적으로 베트남 모닝글로리가 최고 입니다.

For me, Vietnamese morning glory is hands down the best.

정말 너무 맛있어서 매번 주문해서 먹는 음식 중 하나 입니다.

It’s so delicious that it’s one of the dishes I order every time.

모닝글로리 볶음은 익숙하지만, 특히 이 집은 뭔가 달랐어요.

Stir-fried morning glory is familiar, but there was something special about this place’s version.

아삭하면서도 부드러운 식감, 마늘의 고소한 풍미, 그리고 약간의 감칠맛이 어우러져 있었어요.

It had a crisp yet tender texture, a rich garlic flavor, and a subtle umami taste all blended together.

아주 담백한데도 깊은 맛이 느껴졌어요.

It was very light and clean, yet full of deep flavor.

시원한 생맥주도 빠질 수 없겠죠?

A refreshing draft beer is a must, of course!

음식이 나오기 전에 생맥주부터 시원하게 한 잔 기울려 봅니다.

Before the food arrived, we enjoyed a refreshing glass of draft beer.

Grilled Pork Fried Rice with Shrimp

새우와 구운 돼지고기 볶음밥이 인기입니다.

Shrimp and grilled pork fried rice are popular dishes here.

특히 저 새우는 정말 맛있었어요.

Especially, the shrimp was absolutely delicious.

먹어도 먹어도 또 먹고 싶은 음식이었습니다.

It was one of those dishes I want to keep eating again and again.

배가 고프긴 했지만 그래도 너무 훌륭한 음식이었습니다.

I was hungry, but the food was truly excellent.

밑에 깔린 볶음밥도 맛있었어요.

The fried rice underneath was delicious, too.

개인적으로 베트남 음식은 너무 좋아하는데요.

Personally, I really love Vietnamese food.

정말 많은 음식들을 주문해서 먹었답니다.

We ordered and enjoyed a lot of different dishes.

이 음식은 이름이 정확히 기억이 나질 않네요.

I can’t quite remember the exact name of this dish.

분보남보 인 거 같아요...

I think it’s called bún bò nam bộ...

너무 기름진 음식만 먹는 거 같아서 샐러드를 시켜보았던 걸로 기억합니다.

I felt like we were eating too many greasy dishes, so I remember ordering a salad.

베트남식 비빔 쌀국수 입니다.

It’s Vietnamese-style mixed rice noodles.

아삭한 식감에 깔끔한 맛이었어요.

It had a crisp texture and a clean, refreshing taste.

이 음식 역시 꼭 한 번 드셔보셔야 그 맛을 알 수 있으실 거에요.

You really have to try this dish at least once to truly appreciate its flavor.

정말 강력 추천 합니다.

분짜 반쎼오랑 같이 먹으니 딱 좋았어요.

Eating it together with bún chả and bánh xèo was just perfect.

This is the Madame Phương Special Entry Set.

Appetizer 로 있어서 시켜봤던 메뉴입니다.

We ordered this dish from the appetizers.

새우짜조, 스프링롤, 넴느엉, 완탄 으로 구성이 되었습니다.

It includes shrimp chả giò, spring rolls, nem nướng, and wonton.

이름이 조금 어렵네요...

The names are a bit tricky to pronounce...

합리적인 가격에 맛도 있어서 너무 좋았답니다.

The prices were reasonable, and the food tasted great, so I was really happy with it.

특히 저 스프링롤은 식감이 너무 좋았어요.

The spring rolls, in particular, had an amazing texture.

 

애피타이저로 꼭 한 번 드셔 보시길 추천 드립니다.

I highly recommend trying this as an appetizer.

대체로 4천원~6천원 정도 하는 가격으로 부담 없이 드셔 보셔도 될 거에요.

Most items are priced around 4,000 to 6,000 won, so you can enjoy them without any worries.

 

정말 착한 가격에 맛있는 음식들 가득 입니다.

It’s full of delicious food at really affordable prices.

사진만 봐도 또 먹고 싶네요.

Just looking at the photos makes me want to eat it again.

정말 많이 시켜 먹었는데 너무 맛있어서 급하게 먹느라 사진 찍을 여유가 없었네요;;;

We ordered so much food, and it was so delicious that I didn’t even have time to take photos because I was eating so fast;;;

 

마지막으로 보여 드릴 음식은 반쎄오 입니다.

The last dish I’d like to show you is bánh xèo.

정말 개인적으로 가장 좋아하는 베트남 음식입니다.

It’s truly my personal favorite Vietnamese dish.

우리나라로 치면 전이라고 하면 될까요?

Would it be accurate to say it’s similar to Jeon in Korea?

베트남 피자라고 불러야 할까요?

Should I call it a Vietnam pizza?

정말 기가 막힙니다.

It’s absolutely amazing.

뜨거울 때 바로 드셔야 해요.

You should eat it right away while it’s hot.

반쎄오는 너무 유명해서 어떤 맛인지 아실 거에요.

Bánh xèo is so well-known that you probably already know what it tastes like.

한국 사람들이 많이 와서 그런가 한국어 메뉴판도 준비되어 있으니 참고하여 주세요.

Maybe because many Korean visitors come here, they also have a Korean menu available, so please feel free to use it.

원래 가려던 곳은 결국 못 갔지만, 대신 이곳에서 너무나 만족스러운 식사를 했습니다.

We couldn’t make it to the place we originally planned, but instead, we had a very satisfying meal here.

분위기도 여유롭고, 음식 하나하나 정성이 느껴졌어요.

The atmosphere was relaxed, and you could really feel the care put into every dish.

여행에서 이런 ‘예상 밖의 발견’이 주는 기쁨이 얼마나 큰지, 다시금 느끼게 됐던 하루였습니다.

This day reminded me how much joy ‘unexpected discoveries’ during travel can bring.

오전 11시부터 오후 10시까지 운영하는 듯 해요.

It seems to be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

분짜, 반쎼오 를 드시고 싶다면 무조건 한 번쯤은 방문해 보세요.

If you want to try bún chả and bánh xèo, you absolutely have to visit at least once.

다녀온지 벌써 2년 정도 되었는데 자꾸 생각이 나네요.

It’s already been about two years since I visited, but I keep thinking about it.
