Travel in Taiwan 3rd day (대만 여행 셋째날)

Travel in Taiwan last day.

벌써 대만 여행의 마지막날이 밝았습니다.

The last day of our Taiwan trip has already arrived.

부모님과 함께 한 여행이다 보니

Since it’s a trip with my parents,

많은 장소들을 다녀보진 못 했지만

We haven’t been to many places, but...

유명하다고 한 장소들은 대부분 다녀온 거 같아요.

It seems like we’ve visited most of the famous spots.

마지막으로 방문한 장소는 바로

The last place we visited was...

중정기념당 입니다.

The last place we visited was the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.

저희 숙소에서 5분 거리에 있어요.

It’s just a 5-minute walk from our hotel.

시먼딩 근처의 타이베이가든 호텔은 정말 위치적으로 좋은 거 같아요.

The Taipei Garden Hotel near Ximending is really well-located.

중정기념당은 엄청나게 큽니다.

The National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is too huge.

나중에 택시를 부를 때도 위치를 서로 잘못 생각하여

When we call a taxi later, we think of the location wrong

한참동안 택시를 기다리기도 했답니다.

I even waited for a taxi for a long time.

엄청나게 크지 않나요?

Isn't it huge?

 

아주 먼 거리를 걸어야 가까이 다가갈 수 있었답니다.

I had to walk a long distance to get closer.

뛰어가도 꽤나 오래 걸려요.

It takes quite a long time to run.

 

 

1시간에 한 번씩 교대식을 진행하는데

They have a shift ceremony once an hour,

이 장소에 오는 이유는 바로 이 교대식을 보기 위해서입니다.

The reason I'm coming to this place is to see this shift ceremony.

 

사람들이 엄청 많아서 미리 좋은 장소를 차지하지 않으면

There are so many people, so if you don't take a good place in advance

멀리서 볼 수 밖에 없어요.

I can't help but see it from a far.

다행이 저희는 운이 좋아서 그나마 가까이서 볼 수 있었습니다.

Fortunately, we were lucky enough to see each other up close.

이 장소를 방문하신다면 교대식은 꼭 보셔야 해요.

If you visit this place, you must see this shift ceremony.

무조건 입니다.

This is mandatoy.

마지막으로 식사를 하기 위해 융캉제로 넘어 옵니다.

Finally, they come over to Yongkang street to eat.

호공도금계원 입니다.

This is HaoGongDao dian.

이 장소는 정말 리얼 노포 맛집입니다.

This place is really a real long established restaurant.

몰랐는데 나중에 보니 미슐랭 가이드 맛집 이었습니다.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but it turned out to be a Michelin Guide restaurant.

사실 딘타이펑을 가려고 하다가 사람들이 너무 많다고 하여

Actually, we were planning to go to Din Tai Fung, but it was too crowded.

두번째로 찾았던 식당입니다.

So this was the second restaurant we ended up choosing.

 

정말 이 샤오롱바오는 예술입니다.

The xiaolongbao here is truly a work of art.

한국에서는 맛 볼 수 없는 맛이에요.

It’s a flavor you just can’t find in Korea.

대만에 있는 딘타이펑을 가 보지는 못했지만

Although we didn’t get to visit Din Tai Fung in Taiwan,

저는 이번 여행에서 호공도금계원 샤오롱바오가 제일 맛있었습니다.

For me, the xiaolongbao at Haogongdao dian was the most delicious on this trip.

숨은 맛집을 찾은 느낌이랄까요?

It felt like we had discovered a hidden restaurant!

모두가 행복한 시간 이었습니다.

It was a joyful time for everyone.

마지막은 너무 멋있는 중정기념당과 함께 합니다.

둘째날에 비가 많이 와서 야시장도 그렇고 시먼딩도 그렇고

On the second day, it rained heavily, so both the night market and Ximending were quite affected.

오래 돌아다니지는 못했지만

We couldn’t walk around for long, but...

알차고 즐거운 여행이었습니다.

It was a fulfilling and enjoyable trip.
