비행기 안에서 창 밖을 보며 기다립니다.

저희는 타오위안 공항이 아닌 숭산 공항으로 갑니다.

We're not flying to Taoyuan Airport — our destination is Songshan Airport.

그 이유는?

Why Songshan?

타오위안 공항은 도심까지 거리가 있어서

Because Taoyuan is pretty far from downtown,
and Songshan gets us there faster and easier.

부모님을 모시고 가는 여행이기 때문에 

Taoyuan Airport is quite far from the city center,
and since this is a trip with my parents, convenience matters more than ever.

가까운 숭산공항으로 선택했습니다.

So, we decided on Songshan Airport, which is much closer.

30분도 걸리지 않는 가까운 거리이기 때문에

Since it’s only a short distance, taking less than 30 minutes

너무 현명한 선택이었다고 생각합니다.

I think it was a very wise choice.

첫번째로 이동할 장소는 바로 국립 고궁 박물관 입니다.

Our journey begins at the National Palace Museum, the first stop on our adventure.

참고로 대만에서의 이동 수단은 우버 택시입니다.

Just so you know, we’re getting around Taiwan by Uber taxi.

우리나라의 카카오택시와 같은 교통 수단입니다.

It’s a transportation service just like KakaoTaxi in Korea.

정말 쉽게 이용 가능하기 때문에 이번 여행에서 큰 역할을 하였습니다.

국립 고궁 박물관에 도착하였습니다.

We've reached the National Palace Museum.

숭산공항에서 출발하였기 때문에 너무 가까웠습니다.

Since we departed from Songshan Airport, it was really close.

30분 정도 걸리니 참고해 주세요.

Please note that it takes around 30 minutes to get there.

입구에서 꼭 헤드셋을 신청하여 입장하는 것을 권장합니다.

I highly recommend requesting a headset at the entrance before entering.

각 유물별로 자세한 설명을 해 주기 때문에 너무 좋았습니다.

It was wonderful, as each exhibit has in-depth explanations.

저녁에 오니 너무나도 아름다운 곳이었습니다.

It was such a beautiful place when I visited in the evening.

이제서야 대만에 온 것이 실감이 나네요.

It’s only now that it truly feels like I’m in Taiwan.

이 장소는 무조건 추천입니다.

I highly recommend this place without a doubt.

1년이 지났지만 아직도 기억이 생생하네요.

A year has passed, but the memories are still so fresh.

 

부모님과 아이와 함께 하니 더욱 좋은 시간이었습니다.

It was an even more special time because I got to share it with my parents and child.

 

참고로 저희가 머물렀던 숙소는 타이베이가든 호텔 입니다.

Just so you know, we stayed at the Taipei Garden Hotel.

시먼딩하고도 가깝고 바로 앞에 까르푸가 있어 너무 좋았습니다.

Being so close to Ximending and with a Carrefour right in front made it super convenient.

다른 장소로 이동하는데도 큰 무리가 없는 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다.

It’s a great value hotel, offering easy access to other places without any hassle.
